Beijing Olympic Sports Venues

The construction period of the Bird's Nest, Beijing's Olympic Games stadium, was from December 2003 to June 2008. Located in the Chaoyang District of Beijing, it is one of the core buildings in the Beijing Olympic Park. Its scale ranks among the top in global sports venues and it is the world's first "double Olympic opening and closing ceremony stadium".
